Acupressure is an ancient healing technique based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Similar to acupuncture but using finger pressure instead of needles, keys points on the body are stimulated in order to activate the body’s self healing abilities, address the underlying cause of health issues as well as surface symptoms, and to help rebalance the individual on a physical as well as emotional level.

Shiatsu is a Japanese massage style that is also based on TCM, that is both relaxing and invigorating. Traditionally done over the clothes on a mat on the ground, it involves stretches, joints mobilizations, and pressure (applied with the hands, feet, knees, elbows).
