Full-Body Workout

In a Full Body Workout, you are exercising your whole body, with all muscle groups being used and stimulated in one workout. For example, you combine exercises that use the upper body and lower body, plus the core in one training session.

About Lina:

She will be teaching online courses for Nisa Support. She was a part-time fitness instructor at Cambridge for 3 years. Lina has been a certified exercise instructor in group fitness classes since 2005. She has also done gym supervision at the YMCA and has been an independent fitness instructor at several locations. She also obtained her YOGAFIT certification in 2012 and has been teaching chair yoga for several years. She has multiple certifications in HIIT, Stretching, Spinning, Chair Yoga for Seniors & Prenatal Yoga, Sports Nutrition & Health Adapted for Seniors & Meditation at the YMCA as well as her Aqua fitness teaching certification with CALA in 2018. Lina loves working with seniors, and we are happy to have her on our instructors team! She is so excited to teach this session!
